We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team in Co Waterford.
This is a ten month contract to cover Maternity Leave starting in December.
Duties / Responsibilities:
1. Providing administrative support to all departments within our organization.
2. Maintaining confidential files: Excel database, employment contracts, updating staff records.
3. Processing quotations, sending & receiving emails, directing enquiries to correct departments.
4. Performance of receptionist duties, which include answering & directing calls, taking messages, greeting & assisting visitors, receiving packages & mail incoming & outgoing.
5. Assisting Accounts office with payroll and credit control, invoicing.
Requirements:
1. Experience in administration is essential, minimum of 2 years recent experience.
2. Strong IT experience (Outlook, Excel, Word).
3. Attention to detail.
4. Excellent telephone skills & customer service.
5. Employment Law and Payroll experience would be an advantage.
6. Ability to work under pressure.
7. Ability to prioritize & multitask.
8. Efficient & driven in nature to ensure all duties are completed.
9. Fluent English both written & spoken.
