Job Title: Sales Director
Location: Dublin, Ireland (with occasional international travel)

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our growing EMEA sales team, driving expansion efforts in this region and home to product development, sales, marketing, and customer success.
This role will be based out of our Dublin hub, offering a unique opportunity to play a critical leadership role in a close-knit, supportive team as we strive to become the market leader in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive strategic vision to develop mature, integrated customer expansion motion
* Partner with cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Customer Marketing, Product) to develop and execute account penetration programs
* Lead by example on issues pertaining to sales team management
* Expertly manage day-to-day operations to balance team management and leadership initiatives
* Develop and maintain external presence in the community
* Drive team growth, performance excellence, and achievement of MRR targets
* Hold team members accountable to inbound and outbound sales metrics and KPIs
* Play a key role in developing a multi-product success strategy for Clio in EMEA
* Actively coach and become a trusted advisor, providing continuous skill development opportunities to individual contributors and leaders
About You:
* You are an empathetic leader with at least 4+ years of people management experience and skilled at hiring, managing, and upleveling talent
* Have at least 3+ years of experience leading a sales function within the SaaS industry
* Track record of building and leading high-velocity sales teams with experience in both inbound and outbound sales models
* Extraordinary communication and organizational skills, with ability to gain buy-in and motivate a team
* Demonstrated success with cross-functional coordination, including planning, execution tracking, decision making, and OKR management

Compensation Range:
The full salary range for this role is €105,600 to €158,400 EUR, with commission earnings uncapped. The final offer amount will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate.
