About the Role

We are seeking an individual with at least 6-12 months of relevant experience in administration, secretarial, or clerical capacities.
* Minute Taking & Note Taking experience is highly desirable.
* Previous experience in a Health and Social Care Trust would be highly advantageous.
* Knowledge of Family, Childcare, or Older Peoples, Vulnerable Adult sectors is also beneficial.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A minimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths and English or equivalent.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* The ability to work under pressure and remain highly motivated.
Key Responsibilities
You will provide administrative, secretarial, and clerical support duties within fast-paced divisions focusing on family, childcare, and Older people, adult mental health services.
* Answering telephone enquiries and providing information.
* Filing, faxing, photocopying, and data entry.
* Appointment schedule management and file management.
* Minute taking, note taking, and all aspects of secretarial support.
* Updating files and patient records, processing referrals, updating internal spreadsheets, and report typing.
* General administrative support to the management team.
