Responsibilities:
1. Assisting in updating and issuing documentation, including SOPs, as required.
2. Performing routine data analysis, assisting in the investigation of OOS results, performing trending analysis, and writing investigation reports.
3. Accurately documenting laboratory work.
4. Executing and assisting in batch release testing, technical transfer, and co-validation activities.
5. Assisting with the qualification of laboratory instruments.
6. Performing instrument performance checks and calibration.
7. Assisting with troubleshooting of instrumentation.
8. Data review based on demonstrated proficiency on assays.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills Required:
1. Experience in the following analytical techniques would be an advantage: Aseptic Techniques, Cell Culture, Cell-based Bioassays, and ELISA.
2. The ideal candidate should hold a minimum of a BSc. in Biochemistry or a related discipline.
3. The successful candidate must demonstrate an ability to work independently in assay execution and recognize anomalous trends or results.
4. The successful candidate must demonstrate problem-solving ability, as well as the ability to prioritize objectives from multiple projects and adhere to scheduled timelines.
5. Excellent communication and the ability to work in a team-based collaborative environment are required.
