Job title: Regional Operations Manager Job Location: Ireland/Hybrid/Flexible - Ideal Candidates will live in Cork due to site portfolio ABOUT THE ROLE - Responsible for the delivery of operational, commercial and service excellence across a defined set of contracts.The Regional Operations Manager will work closely with the Regional Sales Teams and Product Business Units adopting collaborating ways of working, growing our share of wallet and maximising our #ERIKSValue.Responsible for their own, their colleagues and visitor's health and safety within the operations under their scope, the Regional Operations Manager will be an advocate of and actively promote health and safety in line with ERIKS and Customer's Health & Safety policies and procedures.Responsible for between 8-13 on-site operations, the Regional Operations Manager will ensure their teams deliver exceptional customer service, through setting and maintaining high operational standards, meeting contractual obligations and developing customer relationships and improvement opportunities.In support of the above, the Regional Operations Manager will provide ERIKS and Customer management teams with updates relating to Key Performance Indicators, Focused Improvement Projects and other supporting activities which help contribute to the excellent operational management of the Service Centres under their responsibility.A positive role model for, and leader of his /her team, the Regional Operations Manager, will ensure that reporting team members have clearly defined roles and objectives, are fully trained in the supporting resources required to fulfil their role and are motivated to achieve the required standards of performance.Requirements: Experience of managing high performance teamsStrong team player with a desire to support the delivery of common business goalsSets and maintains high standards of work, experienced in the management and delivery of operational excellenceMonitors performance against deadlines and milestonesStrong leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire and motivate a teamCommunication and inter-personal skills, including written, oral and presentationalFocuses on customer needs and satisfactionInnovative and able to think outside of the boxListens, consults others and communicates proactivelyTakes account of a wide range of issues across and related to the organisationMotivates and empowers othersWorking Hours: Mon - Fri: 08.30am - 17.30pm
