The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, flexible, and innovative in their approach, committed to providing a quality service that meets the needs and priorities of the people we support.
* Minimum of 1 year’s experience in office administration including bookkeeping, financial returns, payroll, and
computerised Sage accounts.
* Experience in petty cash systems, debtors and creditors, general ledgers, participant payroll, bank
reconciliation, and revenue returns.
* Ensure the setup of employees' wages on bank accounts.
* Experience in budgeting and financial record keeping.
* Experience in preparing financial reports.
* Excellent IT skills including MS Office.
* The Administrator will be responsible for preparing returns and complying with funder procedures
including payroll, public procurement, and the Purchase Order system.
* Maintain all records as required by POBAL, CnM, and RCB.

All roles are subject to funding continuation.

This position will be based in RCB – a Community Services Programme located in Kilkee, Co Clare.
