Customer Service and Web Administrator - Galway City - Onsite
The Online Customer Service & Web Administrator will be responsible for the daily operation of our online sales. The successful candidate will report to our Online Manager and be responsible for ensuring that online orders are fulfilled correctly and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
1. Deal with customer queries and take orders over the phone
2. Website Catalogue management
3. Process returns & refunds
4. Liaising with department buyers so correct products are listed on both our EPOS and website
5. Collecting product data (pricing, description, linking similar products for cross selling)
6. Uploading new products, imagery, product descriptions, videos etc. to the online store
7. Run promotions on the website
8. Assist in the day-to-day communications with our online development partner
9. Monitor competitor/other sites for ideas & opportunities
10. EPOS Troubleshooting
Requirements:
1. Excellent user of Microsoft Excel
2. Creative writing skills for describing products
3. Knowledge of database creation and management
4. Experience in EPOS systems an advantage
5. Strong communication skills
6. An interest in both fashion & homewares
7. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
8. Experience in online fulfilment an advantage
