We are looking for a Junior Salesforce Developer to join our Salesforce team in the Software Engineering department at Smartbox. This is an individual contributor role where you will work alongside experienced Salesforce developers, contributing to new features, enhancements, and bug fixes in our Salesforce applications. You will have the opportunity to develop your technical skills and grow within a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Work on Salesforce development, configuration, and integrations under guidance from senior developers.
Contribute to enhancements, bug fixes, and minor features within Salesforce applications.
Participate in technical discussions, estimations, and planning sessions.
Document technical solutions and processes.
Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to understand requirements.
Assist in testing and deployment activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in Salesforce development (internships or relevant projects also considered).
Basic understanding of Apex, SOQL, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Exposure to Salesforce CRM and willingness to learn Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Familiarity with GitLab or similar version control tools (GitHub, Bitbucket).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Nice to Have (Not Required, but a Bonus):
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform Developer I).
Experience with APIs and integrations within Salesforce.
Exposure to Agile development practices.
