A leading construction company is expanding its finance team due to significant business growth across Ireland and Europe.
They are now seeking a Finance Operations Lead to join their team in South Dublin.
This role will support the Finance Manager, Payroll Administrator, and the wider Finance team, playing a key role in financial operations.
What You'll Do:
Prepare, review, and file VAT returns for all group entities.
Assist with payroll processing and ensure smooth payroll operations in collaboration with HR.
Perform general ledger reconciliations for payroll and pension-related accounts.
Support the company's expense management process, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Oversee staff costing systems and ensure accurate financial reporting.
What You'll Need: 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Irish and UK VAT regulations.
Understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with payroll systems.
