We believe in creating high performing teams that can exceed our client's expectations with regards to quality of all scalable and business unit deliverables, staying under budget and ensuring timelines for our deliverables are being met.Overview:A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Interim Site Administration/ Business Support Specialist.The Business Support Specialist will be responsible forSupporting site projectsTrending KPI's and governance process for SLT performanceSLT cost management and controlsSupporting Site Lead on day-to-day planning and partnering with Site leads across the network engagementsSupporting key engagement projects and integration activitiesRequirementsResponsibilities:Reporting to the Site LeadSupport the SLT Operational Readiness Plan for the duration of startup activities up until commercial manufacturing.Supporting the annual Hoshin Kanri Site planning activitiesOrganising and managing large meeting (internal and external participants) and events (site visits)Support key engagement programmes and projects on site in partnership with agile teams What skills you will need:Business Administration and/or project management diploma desirableAt least 5 years of experience working in site administration/projectsEfficiency in communicating complex information to staff at different levelsAbility to handle sensitive business informationOrganisation Skills – Ability to manage multiple priorities and know when to escalate issues for resolution.Proven record of accomplishments in a regulated industry.Demonstrated influencing skills creating a pull environment for continuous improvement and innovation.Strong analytical/statistical problem-solving skills, coaching and facilitation skills.Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint.Solve complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutionsAnticipates and prioritizes work to be done and applies knowledge/skills to more complex problemsExcellent organising, planning skills, communication and presentation skills.
