People and Culture Senior Executive Role

Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations of the P&C function.
* Assist with the design and implementation of new processes and policies.
* Collaborate with P&C teams in different locations.
* Support the People & Culture Manager with monthly payroll for business units in Ireland and UK.
* Drive end-to-end recruitment, particularly for senior/technical roles.
* Roll out engagement surveys to measure and increase employee engagement.
* Roll out annual and mid-year performance reviews.
* Collect people data and create reports for the People & Culture Manager.
* Promote learning and development opportunities.
* Manage disciplinaries and grievances.
* Provide advice on compensation, benefits, and leave entitlements.
Requirements:
* A Third Level HR qualification or equivalent and 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
* CIPD membership is desirable.
* Thorough knowledge of best practice and employment legislation.
* Experience with managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
* Experience of managing disciplinary and grievance processes.
* Excellent communication skills - both written and oral are essential.
* Excellent IT skills - intermediate level MS Word/Excel are essential.
* Experience with payroll is an advantage.
* Database management/HRIS experience is also an advantage.
