Fisher & Paykel is looking for an associate account manager to join its team in Dublin, Ireland.
Location: Ireland, national role, field and office-based from Swords, Dublin.
Reports to: national KRT and design development manager
Main purpose
We are seeking an associate account manager to assist in the development and growth of F&P’s brand and products across kitchen retail trade (KRT) accounts. This role involves delivering on strategic sales plans and dedicated account management, with a focus on premium market segments to achieve profitable growth in the short and long term.
Key responsibilities
Strategic planning and delivery:
* assist in executing the national retail strategy for KRT accounts
* support the sales manager in developing and implementing the national Sales plan (NSP)
* ensure disciplined and effective execution of NSPs, leading to increased product market share and profitable growth
* provide regular updates on account portfolios to the sales manager – KRT
Account management:
* understand assigned customer account businesses and environmental influences
* cultivate and manage existing account relationships to leverage growth opportunities
* actively pursue new customer opportunities
* ensure seamless representation of the brand’s value proposition
* provide product training and support to drive sales
* monitor daily sales performance to maximise revenue and margin.
Brand ambassador:
* develop effective relationships adding value to internal and external customers
Qualifications and experience:
* previous account management experience is beneficial
* experience and passion for the kitchen retail trade or luxury kitchen and bathrooms is highly desirable
* positive attitude and flexible approach to change
* understanding architectural plans
* strong desire for self-development and willingness to learn new skills
* proven track record in increasing sales and margins within an account portfolio
* understanding of constructing a Sales Plan in line with company strategy
* effective communicator with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
* experience within a premium culture and environment is beneficial
