Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Onsite Premises Distributor (OPD) to manage the distribution of cleanroom and industrial garments, along with other related consumables, at customer premises.
As part of our onsite service team, you will ensure smooth stock handling, deliveries, and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Stock Management: Accept and distribute cleanroom garments and consumable products across designated areas.
Customer Interaction: Answer queries and maintain strong communication with customers and colleagues.
Logistics Coordination: Prepare garments for collection, ensure containers are ready for pickup, and coordinate with CWS drivers.
Operational Support: Perform stock-taking, update on operational changes, and adhere to Health & Safety and GMP guidelines.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with CWS Customer Care and your Supervisor, ensuring high standards of service.
Skills & Requirements: Strong communication and organizational skills with a customer-focused approach.
Proactive and able to work independently, taking ownership of tasks.
Flexible, willing to cover other CWS-managed sites as required.
Ability to follow established routines and complete necessary training.
Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm Friday: 6:00 am - 1:30 pm Occasional Saturday work as needed (flexibility is required) Additional Information: Hourly Fixed Salary: €15.14 Job Type: Permanent Please note the site is 30 min away from Cork city centre and candidates will need own transport.
