RRL Procurement Analyst Job Description
At re:Cycle Reverse Logistics, we're seeking a talented and driven RRL Procurement Analyst to support our EMEA and APAC network. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in identifying procurement needs, analyzing supplier performance, and cultivating strong relationships with vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sourcing and Purchasing: Assist in the procurement of materials, components, and supplies required for manufacturing operations.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and engineering teams to identify procurement needs.
* Supplier Performance Analysis: Analyze supplier performance and maintain vendor relationships to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of materials.
* Purchase Order Processing: Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
* Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
* Procurement Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and databases for procurement activities, including tracking order status and supplier information.
* Reporting and Presentations: Prepare reports and presentations on procurement metrics and performance for management review.

You'll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles at AWS Infrastructure Services (AIS). Our team owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure, supporting all AWS data centers and servers.

Basic Qualifications:
* 3+ years of procurement or vendor management experience
* 3+ years of reverse logistics experience
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
* Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* BASIC understanding of procurement principles and supply chain management is a plus
