Job Ad: Sales Account Administrator
Location: South Dublin, Co. Dublin

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Administrator to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will work closely with the Account Manager and Director, acting as the key liaison for all day-to-day team activities.
Responsibilities
* Administration:
o Stock control (under direction)
o Website maintenance
o Cross-team support
o Sales and purchase orders (approval required from Account Manager/Director)
o Booking couriers and order tracking
o Facilitating invoice generation via sales and purchase orders
o Status/pipeline reports for the team
o ISO policy compliance
* Account Development:
o Collaborating with the Account Manager and Director to achieve account-specific targets
o Appropriate escalation of issues to the Account Director
o Proactively identifying merchandise opportunities within accounts
o CRM maintenance (new contacts, opportunities, sales conversions, quotes, pipeline)
o Suggesting and organizing external customer meetings
* Creative Support:
o Product awareness
o Brainstorming new ideas
o Presentations
o New product development
o Brand awareness
* Coordination and Reporting to Account Manager/Director:
o Order management from initial sales order to product delivery
o Monitoring supplier production and delivery schedules
o Managing work in progress on all orders
o Producing order status reports
o Cross-functional communication (website, design, warehouse, logistics)
o Preparing and checking invoices, packing lists
o Specifying artwork/design sheets
Key Requirements
* 1-3 years of experience working in a fast-paced office environment
* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent administration and interpersonal skills
* Positive attitude with a hands-on mentality
* Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel and Power Point
* German speaker is a plus but not essential
