Our client, a reputable law firm in Ireland's South East region, is seeking an experienced Commercial & Commercial Property Solicitor to provide expert legal services to clients.
Role Overview:
As a Commercial & Commercial Property Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in providing legal advice and support to various clients, including businesses, property developers, and investors. Your expertise will be essential in assisting clients with commercial and property matters, ensuring the legal aspects of their business transactions and property dealings are well-managed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advising clients on all aspects of commercial law, including business acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, and general commercial contracts.
* Handling a broad range of commercial property matters, including leases, sales and purchases, development agreements, and property financing.
* Negotiating and drafting commercial contracts, leases, and property-related documentation.
* Providing strategic legal advice to corporate clients, helping them navigate complex legal and regulatory environments.
* Working closely with other departments within the firm to offer comprehensive legal services to clients.
* Managing client relationships, ensuring clear communication, and providing excellent service throughout each stage of legal proceedings.
Skills & Experience:
To succeed as a Commercial & Commercial Property Solicitor, you should have:
* Qualified solicitor with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in commercial and commercial property law.
* Strong experience in handling commercial contracts, property transactions, and corporate law matters.
* Experience in property development, landlord and tenant law, and related disputes.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
* A proactive, solution-oriented approach with a strong attention to detail.
* Ability to manage a diverse caseload and work efficiently under pressure.
* A team player who is also capable of working independently.
Qualifications:
You must hold:
* Qualified Solicitor in Ireland or the UK (Admitted to the Roll of Solicitors).
* A strong academic background in law, with a focus on commercial and property law.
