Distribution Planner - PR set and Gifting

We employ over 180 people in Dublin within our Global Logistic and Supply Chain Centre. We are currently looking for a Distribution Planner - PR set and Gifting to join the team.
Job responsibilities
You will be the point of contact for all PR set and Gifting orders worldwide: VIP, HR, Hotel, etc. Gifting, Brand ambassador, Seniority Prizes, Incentives.
* Manage the orders received from customers (order entry in the system, checking pricing, launch dates, date of delivery, backorder management).
* Coordinate operational market activities effectively, using all available resources, verifying progress and intervening in a timely manner when obstacles arise; always keeping with agreed deadlines and commercial requirements and working to maximize shipments/revenue whilst maintaining a positive and enthusiastic approach on any interaction with customers, colleagues and other departments.
* Reply to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders (PR and marketing team) on goods (stock availability, expected delivery date, client’s order status, shipments details, in accordance with the Logistic department).
* Work closely with Distribution planning, Local Administration, Marketing and F&A teams and any other departments that may be involved (Pricing, stock, Invoicing, IT, Packaging, etc.), when issues occur, at any stage of the flow (from order entry to delivery to client), to obtain a fast resolution and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Take care of any urgencies that may be received from customers in a swift manner to ensure that the deadline is respected and therefore customer satisfaction is guaranteed.
* Ensure that the deliveries to the customer meet the criteria of the company’s Key Performance Indicators, budget and central instruction.
Profile
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Distribution Planning or Customer Service required.
* Proficient in Excel, SAP, MS Office and Power BI.
* Possess strong analytical and numerical skills.
* Strong work ethic and a willingness to go above and beyond.
* Negotiation skills and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
* Fluent in English; a second European language would be beneficial.
