GPC Finance is working with a reputable firm in North Dublin. They require a Bookkeeper/Accounts Assistant to join their skilled team.
Description:
* Monthly posting of Sales and Purchase Invoices, Debtor and Creditor Receipts
* Handling non-debtor and non-creditor transactions in relevant bank accounts
* Monthly bank reconciliations
* Payroll preparation and Revenue submission
* VAT, Payroll, and RCT returns filing for clients
* Company Secretarial returns for Limited Companies
* Ad hoc duties as required
* Direct client liaison
The successful candidate will have:
* Qualified Accounts Technician or similar qualification
* 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a strong level of attention to detail
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
* Experience with arrange of accounting packages an advantage
* Ability to be flexible, adaptable and to work under pressure
* Ability to work at own initiative
* Proven experience as a team player
Computer Skills:
* Experience with Relate and Xero is an advantage
