On behalf of a Commercial Finance Alternative Lender in Dublin, we are looking to hire a Portfolio Analyst.
Responsibilities of this Portfolio Analyst Job:
1. Management of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
2. Reviewing the information provided by the customer and assisting with the compilation of the portfolio wide reporting pack for our investors.
3. Preparing numerous internal reports for Investors and the CEO.
4. Preparing, verifying and delivering mandatory reports to Banking and investment partners in respect of the portfolio on a continuous basis.
5. Assist the COO in the day to day running of the business – this element of the role is fund performance focused with an emphasis on forecasting, controls and risk management.
Requirements of this Portfolio Analyst Job:
1. Business, Mathematics, Finance degree (or a similar relevant qualification).
2. Good understanding of Microsoft Excel with an interest in developing Excel skills.
3. Broad understanding of debt advisory, security-based lending and cashflows.
4. Interest and understanding of the Property industry.
5. Good communication skills.
