Roles and Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key manufacturing clients, serving as a trusted advisor who provides insights on market trends, recruitment strategies, and hiring best practices.
Talent Sourcing and Candidate Engagement: Identify top-tier candidates for various manufacturing roles through multiple sourcing channels and build a robust talent pipeline. Assess and interview candidates to ensure they meet client requirements.
Strategic Workforce Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their long-term staffing needs and develop proactive recruitment strategies to address client demands and market trends.
Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring an efficient and positive experience for both clients and candidates.
Industry Expertise & Market Insights: Stay up-to-date on manufacturing industry trends, skills gaps, and market competition. Provide valuable advice to clients on workforce trends, salary benchmarking, and talent retention.
Candidate & Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing feedback and assisting in offer negotiations to ensure a smooth hiring process.
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior consultants and team members as the Team Develops and Grows, contributing to the development of team goals and performance metrics.
Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within the manufacturing sector, developing new client relationships and expanding existing accounts to drive long-term business success.
Requirements
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, focusing on senior-level or specialist roles
* Experience managing key accounts, building long-term relationships, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions
* Ability to set goals, track performance, and contribute to team development
* Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple clients and candidates simultaneously
* Track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and KPIs
* Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with clients and candidates
* Ability to identify business development opportunities and expand client portfolios
