The Job:
* Employee engagement and query resolution
* T&A reporting
* Comps/bens administration
* Running recruitment campaigns
* Onboarding new hires
* Overseeing training/L&D programmes
* HR metrics/data reporting
* Supporting the HR Manager and wider leadership teams with their HR needs and projects
Your Skills/Experience:
* 3rd level degree qualified in a HR or related discipline
* 3+ years relevant HR experience as a minimum
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with colleagues at all levels
* Strong IT, data analysis and HR reporting skills
* Due to the rural location of this company on the Limerick/Cork border, you must have your own transport
The Offer:
This is a permanent role with a competitive salary ranging from €45,000 to €50,000 depending on candidate skills and experience. The role will be fully office-based initially, but with the potential for 1 day from home/remote once fully onboarded.
