Job Summary
We are currently seeking to recruit an IT Recruitment Consultant.
This position encompasses a range of duties associated with the broader service offering in a busy recruitment agency.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to work under pressure, on their own initiative and as part of a team.
The person must be discreet, trustworthy, and capable of dealing with confidential material.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the recruitment process for IT roles from advertising, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview arranging, reference checking, offer negotiation, preparation to on boarding and managing timesheets and ongoing relationships with all parties.
* Build and continually develop client relationships with a focus on enhancing and improving trust and confidence through exceptional service delivery.
* Coach and lead candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
* Use all modern technological and other avenues to attract, connect and network with candidates in the IT market.
* Accurate and efficient administration and use of internal databases, advertising platforms, and social media.
* Adhere to all company policies and meet all legislative requirements.
* Achieve weekly KPI's set by the IT recruitment manager.
* Ensure knowledge of up to date recruiting trends remains current.
Requirements:
* Level 8 qualification (ideally in information technology, computer science or a related field) is desirable but not essential.
* Previous Recruitment experience is desirable (preferably IT Recruitment).
* Strong IT skills with a good knowledge of social media platforms.
* Strong knowledge of the IT sector.
