The role of the Account Manager will be to establish, own and manage a portfolio of clients, focusing on driving revenue and best practice adoption. They will achieve this through understanding their customers' challenges and recommending tailored account plans & solutions by delivering strategic advice to drive client success, customer education, and customer satisfaction. An appetite for identifying and executing opportunities to drive growth and success for their portfolio of clients is highly valued. This position is based in our Dublin EMEA Headquarters.
Account Manager, DACH Responsibilities
1. Grow revenue, education, and solution adoption with Clients, Partners, and Agencies where relevant.
2. Partner with Customer Insights and Direct Marketing to facilitate education and solution adoption programs.
3. Help develop client strategy, continuous improvement, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
4. Analyse data to identify trends to enhance our customer support processes and improve team efficiency.
5. Optimize campaigns and identify programmatic ways to do this at scale.
6. Lead strategic conversations with C Level and communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, including adapting to feedback and adjusting plans accordingly.
7. Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your client portfolio, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve client issues.
8. Gather agency and partner feedback to enhance ad products and the customer experience.
9. Deliver consultative support and up-to-date education on our Facebook products.
10. High level of experience presenting key client issues to C level, in an effort to be the customer advocate within Facebook.
Minimum Qualifications
1. 4+ years previous experience in customer sales and support, agency account management, or consulting.
2. Evidenced success with presentation skills.
3. Demonstrated team working skills, capacity to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with a drive for making an impact.
4. Identify and leverage trends within industry of expertise/focus.
5. A self-starter with experience of critical thinking and analytical skills.
6. Demonstrated experience in effectively prioritizing tasks and managing time, even under high-pressure situations.
7. Fluency in English and German.
8. Market knowledge and work experience in DACH Markets.
