Job Title: Climate Action and Energy Transition Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced project manager to spearhead our EU and Irish-funded climate action and energy transition projects.

We collaborate closely with organisations across Europe to lead the charge in climate and energy projects, advocacy, and policy engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and participate in cross-functional teams within TEA, European Energy Agencies, and partner organisations.
* Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; create detailed work plans; allocate resources; and ensure timely, budget-compliant project completion.
* Foster robust stakeholder engagement and governance.
* Cultivate strong relationships with EU partners and stakeholders.
* Develop comprehensive communication strategies for national and EU projects.
* Organise project launches, conferences, and events to promote projects.
* Analyse data and metrics to measure project impact.
* Prepare regular reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Energy, Climate Action, Sustainability, Environmental Science, or a related field.
* Demonstrated project management experience.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to build and maintain diverse relationships.
* Proficiency in data analysis, metrics tracking, and reporting.
