Educational and Professional Qualifications and Experience:•A bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field is essential.•Professional Qualifications: Eg: ACA or FCA, (ACCA) – ACCA or FCCA, CIMA or CPA.•Typically, 10+ years of progressively senior financial management experience.•Experience in M&A, fundraising, and investor relations can be an advantage.2.
