Job Description
Leinster Appointments is recruiting for a permanent, full-time role in Dublin 12. The position is fully office-based.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage and process customer inquiries and responses.
* Verify and review all Sales Orders and deals coming through the system.
* Process responses to stock queries for direct distribution or the Sales team.
* Prioritize monthly Invoicing and Sales Analysis.
* Work with our Keyloop Dealer Management System (DMS).
* Process registrations with Revenue.
* Maintain effective communication with other departments and Commercial Finance.
* Collaborate with the Sales team for smooth department operation.
The Ideal Candidate
* Demonstrate proven success in customer service/sales administration roles for at least 2 years.
* Proficiency in office applications and ability to learn new software.
* Familiarity with DMS - Kerridge/Keyloop is advantageous.
* Show strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
* Enjoy a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
* Knowledge of the motor trade is beneficial.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Adaptability and flexibility to work in an ever-changing market are essential.
