We are currently recruiting an energetic and passionate Rooms Division Manager to manage the front office and housekeeping departments in our Schull property.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Manage the operations of the Reception and Housekeeping departments for Schull Harbour Hotel.
* Ensure quality and standards are met consistently.
* Be confident in training and managing the rollout and follow-up on Standard Operating Procedures.
* Rostering.
* Anticipate guest needs, and proactively manage their expectations.
* Assist with the management of the hotel’s daily operations, ensuring delivery of exceptional guest service from each department.
* Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
* Have full knowledge of the hotel and all departments.
Requirements:
* Previous supervisory experience within Reception and Accommodation.
* Working knowledge of reception and reservations systems.
* A mature and pleasant manner for dealing with customers and team members alike.
* Capability of excellent up-selling in all areas of the Hotel, and other hotels in the group.
