You'll be responsible for:
* Providing interface and stakeholder facilitation to multiple internal functions across the project and ensure efficient and coordinated management of stakeholders.
* Responding to fast-paced and dynamic working environment with an evolving scope to support the evolution of the stakeholder and communications strategy.
* Assisting in developing the stakeholder management and communications requirements for the contractor(s) for the core contracts during the procurement process, and support in the evaluation of the submissions received.
* Developing the stakeholder requirements for the major infrastructure contracts during the procurement process and providing support in the evaluation of the submissions received.
* Overseeing the project delivery partner in their stakeholder management of internal and external stakeholders across the project.
You'll need to have:
* 5+ years' experience in stakeholder and communications management and a proven track record of conducting stakeholder and communications management activities in high value metro rail projects or projects of a similar scale/complexity.
* Tangible experience of driving best practice in stakeholder management, technical activities, processes, policies and standards.
* Experience of dealing with a range of stakeholders at all levels across the organisation influencing the improvement of process and providing guidance to support project delivery and reporting.
* In-depth understanding of the design and delivery requirements of technically complex projects in the engineering/construction sectors.
* Knowledge of quality management and process improvement practices and systems is desirable, preferably within the construction sector.
* Ability to manage technical outputs to drive process and programme efficiency.
* Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to govern and drive outcomes to ensure high quality service.
* BA/BSC (public relations, business or other related field).
