Job Title: User Onboarding Manager, Stripe Accelerate (French Speaking)
About the Role
As a User Onboarding Manager at Stripe Accelerate, you will be responsible for guiding customers through a successful Stripe implementation. This role requires strong analytical and operational capabilities, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities:
* Proactively engage and guide users through the Stripe implementation process.
* Closely partner with sales teams to ensure a smooth handoff.
* Unblock and enable users by facilitating internal processes and managing tasks on their behalf.
* Monitor the sales pipeline and manage user projects.
* Lead end-to-end delivery of onboarding support and address user questions.
* Drive continuous improvement of the Accelerate onboarding offering.
Requirements:
* Corporate internship or 1-3 years of relevant professional experience.
* Experience in a customer-facing environment.
* Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
* Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Technical aptitude.
* Project management training or certification.
* Fluency in French and English.
* Prior experience in payments or e-commerce.
Compensation:
The annual salary range for this role is €62,100 - €93,100. Additional benefits may include equity, company bonus, retirement plans, health benefits, and wellness stipends.
