My Client, a large data centre company based in South Dublin requires a Senior Administrator to start immediately on an initial 3 month contract. Please note this role is fully onsite.
The Successful Candidate will:
1. Manage the travel and accommodation requests of employees and executives in a timely manner according to project schedules.
2. Assist with arranging appropriate modes of travel such as flights and rental cars, as well as making hotel reservations, coordinating with landlords/estate agents, and preparing itineraries.
3. Liaise with various travel agencies and companies for bookings and cancellations.
4. Log and maintain all records, spreadsheets, and calendars.
5. Log and check all invoices on a weekly basis.
6. Prepare high quality monthly reports for the payroll team.
Requirements
1. Good command of English, both written and spoken.
2. Previous experience working as a travel co-ordinator, or similar role, required.
3. Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and long-term apartments.
4. Self-motivated, assertive individual, problem solver and teamwork oriented.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and business acumen.
6. Extremely proficient in MS Office applications.
7. Knowledge of bulk booking software and technologies like IATA, Amadeus, Galileo preferred.
8. Awareness about international travel regulations, customs, and currencies.
9. Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field desirable.
