Job Description
As a commercially-minded, rate-savvy Front of House Manager, you will lead the FOH team (Reception, Accommodation and Porters) in delivering an exceptional guest experience while optimising hotel rates. Event management experience is a desirable asset.
Responsibilities
* Manage an entire FOH team at a quality hotel property with a proven track record of success
* Implement sound revenue management practices to drive hotel revenue growth
* Demonstrate excellent training and motivational skills, leading by example as a hands-on manager
* Maintain proficiency with preferred hotel systems including Hotsoft / Opera / Open table / Booking.com
Requirements
* Senior Front Office / FOH Manager with at least two years' experience
* Strong understanding of revenue management principles
* Excellent leadership and training skills
* Proficiency with hotel software systems
