Fundraising Success Manager
Our client, a service provider within the non-profit sector, is seeking an experienced Fundraising Success Manager to support and grow fundraising initiatives. This full-time, permanent role involves remote work with monthly travel required.
Tasks and Duties:
* Collaborate closely with fundraising organisations to enhance their success and growth.
* Develop and manage initiatives to attract new supporters and retain existing ones.
* Provide guidance and best practices on launching and promoting campaigns.
* Analyse customer insights and implement follow-up actions to improve engagement.
* Supply fundraisers with promotional materials, communication templates, and resources.
* Update and maintain fundraiser websites for accuracy and effectiveness.
* Manage internal and external processes, including documentation, data tracking, reporting, and customer support.
* Represent the organisation at exhibitions and conferences to promote fundraising opportunities.
Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications:
* Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, presentation, and active listening.
* Extensive data management and analysis skills.
* Strong IT skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Previous experience in client/stakeholder management is preferred.
* Experience within the Not for Profit sector is a distinct advantage.
* Fully Irish licensed with own vehicle.
