My Med Device client is looking for a Health & Safety Officer. You will help them maintain a safe working environment. We're looking for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in health and safety.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
2. Manage and file H&S documentation.
3. Attend H&S meetings and drive improvements.
4. Provide guidance on H&S matters to staff and management.
5. Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
6. Investigate accidents and implement corrective actions.
7. Manage PPE and organize necessary training.
8. Perform ad-hoc duties as needed.
Requirements:
1. Relevant Health & Safety Qualification/Degree.
2. Knowledge of H&S Legislation and Best Practices.
3. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing.
4. Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
5. Excellent communication skills and proactive attitude.
