Project Manager
This is a 12-month Project Manager opportunity within the PMO function. This role is required to project manage the following projects:
* Cutover activities for Medical Device Remediation (MDR)
* Project Management Capabilities in the areas of New Product Introduction, EHS Risk Assessment & Data Integrity
Responsibilities:
* Develop & maintain integrated project schedules (technical deliverables & change management deliverables) for MDR, with project teams, business leads and sponsors.
* Manage scope, time, cost, resources & people impacting deliverables & milestones.
* Ensure critical paths for projects are clearly identified, communicated, and tracked with the project teams.
* Manage any project changes in a timely & controlled manner through generating Project Change Requests (PCRs).
* Ensure use of standard project management / change management tools & templates.
* Liaise with impacted functions on resources, update Smartsheet allocations as required & identify any resource challenges.
* Ensure regular meetings are scheduled with the project teams and key stakeholders to track progress and resolve issues.
* Risk identification and tracking of mitigation actions with project teams.
* Lead governance meeting updates with sponsor & business lead support.
* Schedule & lead the project stage gate review meetings.
Basic Qualifications:
* Proven project management experience 5 years +
* Previous Supply Chain related experience desirable.
* Experience with Smartsheet Project Management application - a distinct advantage.
* Experience in operational excellence and business process improvements.
* Strong leadership and influencing capabilities.
* Demonstrates excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Ability to act on own initiative.
* Experience in pharmaceutical operations/GMP environment.
