Job Description:
Our client has been providing Medical equipment & instruments to ENT professionals for over 30 years. During this time, they have built their reputation for supplying quality and affordable items. They are a growing company now looking to hire additional headcount for the Service Division.
They have an excellent range of products working within some niche markets of the Healthcare sector. They now wish to grow their Irish team by hiring a Field Service & Installation Engineer to assist the Service Manager with servicing & installations across Ireland with medical device products. The successful person shall report to the Service Manager.
Role/Responsibilities:
* Installation/Call Outs for all equipment.
* Servicing & Maintenance of all equipment.
* Servicing and installation support for our clients customers.
* Administrative duties to be completed via the CRM system.
Qualifications/Experience:
* Ideally qualified to HND/HNC or degree
* Training required: Standard in electronic engineering or equivalent discipline, with the ability to adapt to technical situations.
* Physical Nature: Good health, physically capable of carrying out service and installation duties.
* Full, clean Irish driving licence
* Ability to show technical competence
* Quick to learn
* Ideally, previous Field Service & installation experience of 1-2 years from any industry.
* Full training could be provided to a graduate engineer with a strong industrial placement.
