Job Description
The Health and Safety Officer will play a key role in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations across the company's projects on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct Site Surveying and Setting Out
* Provide health and safety training to employees, including manual handling, toolbox talks, and safety induction
* Conduct safety inspections and audits
* Implement the company's health, safety, and environmental policy, procedures, and management systems
* Maintain Health & Safety KPIs to drive improvement in related matters
* Support management in developing H&S procedures, policies, and programs
Requirements:
* Full clean driver's license
* 3+ years of experience in health and safety roles
* 3rd level qualification in Health and Safety (desirable)
* Civils, drainage, or utilities (water & electricity) experience
* Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
* Integrity and respect for confidentiality and privacy
