The Office Administrator Agri will be working for an established agribusiness based 20 minutes North of Cork City. This is a full-time permanent role.

Job Details
* Location: 15 km North of Cork City
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:30 (option of 4 day week available)
Duties:
1. Manage phone calls, email and other forms of correspondence.
2. Greet and assist customers in a polite and friendly manner.
3. Enter data for procurement and accounts.
4. Process customer orders accurately and promptly.
5. Answer customer queries and provide information on orders.
6. Perform office management and board room maintenance duties.
Required Skills:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail.

* 3 years experience in a similar role.

Remuneration Package:
* Salary of €35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
* End of year bonus based on KPIs.
* Pension after 6 months.
