We are seeking a Junior Recruitment Consultant/Resourcing Partner to join our team at Red Chair Recruitment. This is a full-time, permanent position, ideally suited to a recent graduate or school leaver.
The successful candidate will work with our Principal Consultants across various departments, including Finance, Sales, Engineering, and Executive Appointments.
Responsibilities:
* Advertising vacancies through crafting and placing adverts, as well as utilizing social media platforms to promote positions.
* Preparing CVs and correspondence for clients regarding suitable applicants.
* Employing sales, business development, marketing techniques, and networking to attract business from client companies.
* Establishing positive relationships with clients through regular visits.
* Gaining a deep understanding of client companies, their industry, work culture, and environment.
* Identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be employed.
* Requesting references and verifying the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client.
* Briefing candidates on job responsibilities, salary, and benefits.
* Providing advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training, and career progression.
* Working towards and exceeding targets related to candidate placement, billing value, or business leads generated.
