Responsibilities:
* Support the Store Manager in daily supermarket operations.
* Lead and supervise staff, ensuring excellent customer service and store standards.
* Manage stock control, including ordering, stock rotation, and inventory management.
* Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards consistently.
Requirements:
* 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or team lead role.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
* Ambition to progress into a full management role.
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
