We are recruiting an Sales Administrator to join our team based in Bunclody, Co Wexford.
What will you be doing in this role?
As a sales administrator at Tunstall, you will manage our purchase orders and invoices, verify customer information, issue invoices, relay order instructions, and complete monthly sales reports.
The Ideal candidate:
This is a developmental role so training and support will be provided. Any previous experience in a professional environment would be beneficial

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Receiving and processing purchase orders,
* Issuing sales transaction invoices,
* Verify orders, including customers' personal information and payment details,
* Contact customers by phone or email, provide an excellent customer service every time, and answer queries and obtain missing information,
* Accurately maintain and update sales and customer records in a timely manner,
* Expedite orders through liaising with the relevant internal teams and colleagues,
* Direct feedback from customers to relevant departments,
* Identify new products to add to those on offer,
* Support the sales department with other administrative tasks, as and when requested.
