Job Description:
As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will accelerate your learning process by leveraging various cloud technologies to help our customers achieve success. You will serve as the Cloud Ambassador across AWS products, providing customers with essential tools and strategies to scale their impact in global markets.
The Cloud Support Engineer - Containers role supports services focused on containerization, including Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS), Elastic Container Service (ECS), Elastic Container Registry (ECR), Fargate, App Mesh, Batch. In this role, engineers interact with customers who reach out to AWS via email, chat, or phone, assisting them in automating the management, scaling, and deployment of containerized applications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Solve customer cases through various contact channels (telephone, email, web/live chat), applying advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide tailored solutions and working with customers to delve deep into the root cause of an issue.
* Drive initiatives that improve support-related processes and customers' experience, which can include tutorials, how-to videos, technical articles, trainings, among others.
* Provide feedback to internal AWS teams on how to enhance our services, and work on critical, highly complex customer problems that may span multiple AWS services.
* Continuously learn groundbreaking technologies, developing new technical skills and professional competencies.
* Act as an interviewer in hiring processes, and coach/mentor new team members.
