Our client is seeking to recruit a high performing Retail Store Assistant Manager to support their ongoing growth and success. The successful Assistant Manager will come from a fast-paced retail store and be responsible for all warehouse, back stage areas, customer despatch and any associated customer service issues.
We are looking to recruit an in-store Assistant Manager who has excellent retail skills, strong leadership experience, is passionate about the customer journey, and enjoys what they do. You will be from a fast-paced warehouse style environment and will be hands-on, committed, and driven.
Key responsibilities as our new Retail Store Assistant Manager:
1. Manage a store team of warehouse/delivery colleagues
2. Take control of the customer service and feedback team
3. Ecommerce and online delivery despatch experience essential
4. Responsible for all online order processing
5. Manage delivery logistics
6. Stock control and stock management
7. Customer Service Management for any delivery issues or online order problems
8. Recruitment and training of colleagues
9. KPI management
10. Delivery and distribution knowledge and experience

This is not an office role, so we need someone who will be hands-on and able to support the teams.
