Duties and responsibilities
The Management Control & Planning Analyst plays a key role in implementing the management control framework at CACI, adhering to various standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Produces quarterly and annual management reports for CACI management and CAA group's management control departments.
2. Monitors CACI's business volume to analyze and report on it to various committees and teams within CACI and CAA group.
Scope of Activities:
The position involves:
1. Participating in monthly and quarterly closings (IFRS 17 and Irish GAAP) for management reporting:
Supports understanding of group guidelines and reporting requirements;
Consolidates quarterly results from production teams and communicates with group management control teams;
Contributes to deliverables for different governance bodies and committees (Board meetings and Board committees, DMC, Financial committees, CFO reviews, steering committees, Senior country executive committees, etc.);
Builds and maintains analysis allowing P&L split of CACI by segment (French vs. International, Partners, Countries, etc).
2. Participating in the Planning and Controlling process, contributing to preparation of Annual Budget, Quarterly Forecasts, and Quarterly review of budget for Group CAA:
Supports consolidation and communication of quarterly forecasts (J-15);
Leads annual budgeting process by collecting and consolidating inputs required respecting group deadlines in both IFRS 17 and Irish GAAP standards;
Leads update of budget (Estimés) by collecting and consolidating inputs required respecting group deadlines in both IFRS 17 and Irish GAAP standards;
Analyzes and challenges results.
3. Following CACIs business volumes and activity for analysis and communication to CACIs stakeholders (CFO, Branch, Group CAA):
Ensures production of different reporting and dashboard (activity and results);
Consolidates, analyzes, and reports data related to activity and results, ensuring good understanding by the target audience;
Contributes to preparation of Dashboards and KPIs to support Senior Management and other Stakeholders;
Works in coordination with Finance Business Partner on monitoring expenses and implementation of timesheets for CACI managers.
