Job Summary:
A senior line support technician is required to optimize and maintain performance, implement work process improvements, and ensure high-quality standards. The role involves monitoring processes, making timely decisions, and taking action to address drift or deviation.

The Role:
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive workstation and line performance through effective line management disciplines, behaviors, and practices.
* Maintain a hands-on, line presence by monitoring and observing work processes and taking timely action.
* Proactively monitor daily process operations, make improvements to workflow sequences, and aid efficient manufacturing performance.
* Work closely with on-line operators to maintain high-quality standards.
* Lead yield improvement and line stability projects, supporting unit cost reduction initiatives.
* Provide leadership as stand-in Team Leader cover when required.

Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
* Minimum Level 7 or higher Degree in a Technical, Engineering, or Science-related discipline.
* Experience in Medical Device manufacturing/cleanroom (CER) environment advantageous.
* Knowledge of Catheters and Stents preferred.
Desirable Skills:
* Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
* Familiarity with EH&S standards and practices.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages.
