Management: Process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in
customer details and payment information.Invoicing: Generate
and issue sales transaction invoices promptly.Customer
Interaction: Respond to inquiries via phone or email, providing
excellent service and resolving issues efficiently.Shipping
Coordination: Manage orders and oversee logistics to ensure
timely delivery of products.Database
Maintenance: Maintain and update sales and customer records
accurately.Sales
Reporting: Prepare and compile monthly reports to track
performance metrics and trends.Internal
Communication: Liaise with other departments to expedite orders
and share customer feedback.Product
Development Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify
opportunities for expanding the product range.Administrative
Support: Assist the sales team with various administrative tasks
as needed.Adaptability: Take
on additional responsibilities as required in a dynamic FMCG environment.Skills & RequirementsProven
experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar Sales Support role,
ideally within FMCG.Proficiency
with MS Office applications, particularly Excel, and other relevant
software.Strong
understanding of sales performance metrics and the ability to analyse them
effectively.Exceptional
organisational and multitasking skills.A
team player with a high level of dedication and a proactive approach.Ability
to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.A
qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
