Our client, a major player in the Aviation sector, is currently in search of a Customer Data, Insights & Reporting Manager to join their Dublin HQ.
We are seeking an experienced Data, Insights & Reporting Manager to lead a newly integrated Data, Insights and Reporting function. This role is pivotal in aligning data analytics efforts across the Customer department, driving performance metrics, and ensuring data integrity and quality.

Your role:
1. Build, lead, and manage a team of data analysts and reporting specialists.
2. Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to ensure the highest standards of project delivery.
3. Design and implement a comprehensive data and reporting strategy for the contact centre.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address their data-driven decisioning needs.
5. Develop KPIs to measure the effectiveness of acquisition, conversion, and service functions.
6. Ensure consistent, accurate, and reconciled data sources for MI/BI, Analytics, and Reporting.
7. Define, design, and manage dashboards and data products to inform all management levels.
8. Maintain data models, reporting processes, dashboards, and templates to support key stakeholder teams.
9. Partner with IT, Data & Analytics, and other departments to ensure data security, privacy, and compliance.
10. Drive customer-centric and data-driven solutions across the airline by collaborating with peers and colleagues.
Your essential skills:
11. 5+ years of experience in data analytics and MIS, with proven experience in leading a team of data analysts.
12. Educated to degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related subject.
13. Familiarity with data warehouse and ETL technologies, APIs, and data querying languages.
14. Proficient in analytics and data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio).
15. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
16. Excellent communication, teamwork, and partnership skills.
17. Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, and Miro.
18. Proficiency in financial analysis and modelling, budgeting, and control.
19. Proven ability to make complex technology problems understandable to senior non-tech stakeholders.
