Assistant Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a busy casino.

Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering 5 Star excellence in Customer Service.
* Dealing with all customer queries efficiently, professionally, and consistently with company policy.
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the casino floor, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
* Assist in managing a team of floor staff, providing training, guidance, and support as needed.
* Support with budgeting, stock control, and financial reporting as required by the Casino Manager.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years Assistant Manager experience in retail or hospitality.
* Strong planning and organisation skills, ability to plan and prioritise work schedule and work within agreed timescales.
* Knowledge of gaming regulations and industry standards is preferred.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* IT proficient, with experience of working with Microsoft Word, Excel and the aptitude to learn in-house systems.
