Hybrid, Offices in Dublin and Cork 18 Month FTC
Responsibilities:
1. Provide expert marketing and communications advice to internal teams.
2. Implement strategic communications plans to promote the organisation's role and achievements.
3. Support press office functions, including media relations and spokesperson support.
4. Coordinate content development and publication of key reports.
5. Provide marketing and communications support for flagship events.
6. Manage agency relationships.
7. Define, monitor, and adjust program metrics.
8. Conduct target audience research to inform communication strategies.
9. Manage brand assets to ensure proper use.
10. Collaborate with the wider Communications team to maximise content effectiveness.

Experience & Qualifications:
1. Essential:
1. Degree (NFQ Level 7+) in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
2. Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in a marketing/communications function.
3. Competency across the full marketing communications mix.
4. Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team.
5. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
6. Strong IT skills.
2. Desirable:
1. Proficiency in written/spoken Irish language.
2. Knowledge/experience in the public sector.
3. Knowledge/experience in the sustainable/renewable energy sector.
