What is the Role:
This role presents an exciting full-time opportunity within a collaborative, fast-paced team within the 2K Player Experiences Services department. As an Associate Program Manager, you will manage complex technical projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams and delivering products and services crucial for the continued commercial success of the 2K business.
You will work to enhance player experiences both in and out of the game, engaging our vibrant 2K community. The Player Experiences Services team is dedicated to strategic excellence across compliance, business intelligence, and program management.
What You Will Do:
1. Program Management - Facilitate alignment between Player Services' strategic goals and execution of prioritized initiatives.
2. Project Management - Lead the entire lifecycle of projects, manage work, develop project plans, and track progress.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate closely with various teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
4. Relationship Management & Stakeholder Communication - Regularly update stakeholders on project status and progress.
5. Planning & Prioritization - Work with leadership to prioritize initiatives and create strategic roadmaps.
What Skills Are Needed:
1. Self-starter with the ability to tackle new initiatives and challenge the status quo.
2. Strong project management skills, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to communicate complex business initiatives to diverse stakeholders.
5. Highly organized with demonstrated attention to detail.
6. Technical knowledge or interest in marketing technology, product compliance, and data analysis.
7. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
8. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
9. Experience with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
