The main responsibilities of this role will be to provide an excellent service to guests during their stay, ensuring they have a memorable stay at the hotel.
REQUIREMENTS
1. 1+ year experience in a similar role.
2. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
3. Provide exceptional customer service experience to guests.
4. To be well presented with a polite and professional manner.
5. Proficient with hotel software, Opera/Hotsoft, beneficial but not required as training will be provided.
6. Flexible approach to working hours as this role includes shift work and weekends.
PACKAGE ON OFFER
1. Competitive salary of €25,000 per year dependent on experience.
